Reports That Matter: A cluster of fidelity fixes to the scanned-report pipeline — corrected 166 wrongly-linked text fragments and 2,058 paragraphs that had been running into each other due to OCR/formatting quirks, fixed footnotes misattaching to dates/phone numbers and to each other across several reports (Deepwater Horizon hit hardest), restored 210 of the Challenger report's Findings/Recommendations as their own paragraphs, gave every report a real social share-card image, and started a dedicated fidelity-review pass on the Challenger report.
Collective Action Course: A course-prep push — wrote wiki-conventions and writing-style docs plus a course-prep design doc, compiled candidate case lists (historical failures/successes, contemporary cases, non-human cooperation, warfare, fiction/film), and created the maps of content for the knowledge base.
