• Reports That Matter: Archive grew from six reports to eleven (Columbia, 9/11 Commission, Deepwater Horizon, Philip Morris, Hillsborough), fixed the Litvinenko report's paragraphs being misread as quotations, and did a major infrastructure pass — reports stopped being committed as generated build output (133MB → 77MB), pages stopped carrying site layout so styling changes no longer require a full rebuild, and each report can now be corrected and republished independently without redeploying the whole site.
  • Reason Commons: Redesigned the landing page and navigation, made dashboard views linkable, and shipped a reviewable contribution-proposals workflow that lets a group accept, edit, or reject proposed changes against an existing tree.
  • CRM for Life Itself: Shipped a reusable branded signup service for courses and lists — each brand gets its own hosted signup context, with existing subscriber data kept compatible.
  • DataHub: Shipped two visualization bakeoff demos comparing libraries for data tables and line charts — tables.datahub.io and linecharts.datahub.io.
  • Marketing: Added shared agent instructions and changelog support to the central marketing repo.
