Today, I gave a talk at Nova Conf 2025: Cultivating Connections - A Path to Transformation. Organized by Susan Prescott at Nova Institute.

Presentation at Nova conf

## Notes and Reflections
  • Positive sense that these ideas are spreading. Can sound a bit generic and age of aquarius at times but that is to be expected
    • Many of these people have been doing this decades. Sense that there is a growing critical mass that even if a minority you are now able to find others and come out in the open e.g. to mention spirituality etc (cf example of psychedelics: once something you hid, now something you can openly talk about it and acknowledge you have done)
  • https://transformationscommunity.org/ - Bruce Goldstein presentation
  • Lots of this stuff gets funded and/or comes out of sustainability
    • cf Hannah Gosnell talk IPBES Transformative Change Assessment
    • IPBES assessment: looking at "Underlying causes of biodiversity loss" ≥ focus on inner dimensions ❗
    • Goal: "Human and nature live in harmony" by 2050
  • You can feel the coming takeover of green (worldview)
    • Focus is mostly on nature and sustainability, on relationality etc
      • e.g. in Hannah's presentation the major focus is on building "nature connectedness"
    • Art show at beginning was all about students making eco-art
    • Much less on wisdom (including reason) or metamodernism, or emphasis on consciousness evolution
  • Little direct mention or use of integral e.g. Pal Dobrin talking about how more people now touch nondual experience but they don't then change worldview. classic integral point: your experience gets interpreted through your cultural frame.
