Built an AI planning skill (skills/planning/) in my planning repo — one skill, three modes (week/day/now) that live-reads my whole project portfolio + Google Calendar and runs the session for me. Proved it by generating this week's plan from scratch; it even caught two gaps I'd missed (a homeless top-priority project + a duplicate). Tool-agnostic (Agent Skills spec, works in Claude and Codex via AGENTS.md).
