2026-04-16 How do I handle the matrix problem in knowledge management?

For example, I want to prepare a talk on Christopher Alexander and the Second Renaissance, and it is going to be specific about him and that topic.

• Project: So there is even a specific project to do that.
• Form: I also want to display, somewhere else, all the talks we have given, so I want to bring all the talks together. Even with three dimensions here, I want one big project where I bring stuff together to do something.
• Thematic: displaying all information in a relevant thematic area (for example, about Christopher Alexander or the second renaissance, and so on)

How do i handle this especially if i can only create the information in "one place" on disk. My sense is to organize by project and then use tags or similar to handle the latter two.
