How much does government spend on infrastructural project?

How much does government spend on different types of infrastructure (and where does money come from?):

On transport?
- How much on roads? (And how much "subsidized")
- On train
- On planes
On digital infrastructure e.g. internet?
On electrical infrastructure e.g. power distribution, power plants etc?
On human infrastructure
- On education
- On self-contro
On knowledge
On policy

Thinking about this as i drive down autoroute to Calais. Why did gov fund roads but not internet (now at least)? Or maybe they do. Why privatise etc.
